1. Agreement To Terms

   All rights in the Service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, logos, images, software code and database rights, belong exclusively to Cat888 or its licensors.

8. Disclaimers/Limitation Of Liability

   We disclaim all warranties express, implied, statutory or otherwise regarding the Service, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance, reliability, quality, completeness and accuracy. Cat888's maximum liability under these Terms will be equal to your most recent deposit plus any winnings made on that deposit. Cat888 will have no other obligation than as specifically outlined in these Terms.

9. Jurisdiction/Court Jurisdiction

   These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand, excluding its choice-of-law rules, and any claims arising hereunder will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located within the same. You agree that the exclusive venue for the resolution of disputes or otherwise involving Cat888 is a court with competent subject matter jurisdiction.
